RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
Returns: or Exchanges: It is the consumers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned, received and remain in the best condition possible for resale. In order to receive full credit (less any return shipping cost) return items within 30 days from receipt of products (unless otherwise prearranged with customer service at M H Overalls) and should accompany a return authorization given by our customer service department at 1-866-218-0179 press 1 for the order desk. You will be directed to enclose the R/A (return authorization) number given and directed to return the goods to a specified address at the time you call. Returns will be given credit with the following conditions: Receipt of goods is a must and they should be clean and must not have been worn or washed. They should still have the original tags attached as they were shipped to you. It is important for us to be able to resell the products. If they have any odor from pets, chemicals or debris on them making them non-resalable they are non-refundable. They should be returned within in 30 days from receipt of goods and must be returned to the address for which M H overalls gives you. (Unless authorized by M H Overalls). If returned to an address not directed by M H Overalls higher restocking fees could be applied before any credit is given for the returned merchandise based on the point of origin restocking fee policy. If items are returned to us for refund after 30 days from you receiving the products there could be a 20% or higher restocking fee applied.
Any shipping cost is non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: When returning items for refund (not exchanges): Free shipping is a courtesy we extend to our customers who order 6 items or more. Due to expensive shipping and receiving costs: If you return for refund all items and do not keep at least 6 items of that order then their could be a 25% restocking fee or shipping and handling fee could be applied before a credit is credited back to the customer. For the most cost effective shipping and or exchange method please contact our customer service department for suggested instructions and tips. It is suggested, although at consumer expense to obtain a delivery confirmation (signature required is not necessary) it is the best way to ensure with a tracking number that we have received your return or exchange products. Credit or exchange will be given upon receipt of the goods.
If your order is not deliverable or refused the customer could be billed for a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs to and from.

Exchanges: should be returned to us within 30 days from receipt of goods and are handled differently than refunded items (Unless otherwise arranged with M H Overalls). They are generally not subject to a restocking fee. Products must be returned with the same conditions listed above for return items. Postage for the new shipment must be received prior to new items being shipped. When exchanging items please enclose a check made out to Mike Hearron for the postage in order for us to ship the new items exchanged or contact us with your credit card information at 1-866-218-0179 press 1 for the order desk.
Exchanged items for different sizes may be subject to price decrease or increases based on the size and are subject to product availability and pricing according to manufacturer availability and pricing.
